Sure, you can wake a few of them up by coaching them directly, but I&#039;ve found that more often than not, either they&#039;ll do it or they won&#039;t. And in the end, you don&#039;t want &quot;compliant&quot; employees who do everything they&#039;re told because there is no way you can tell train them in every possible scenario. You want service-oriented employees who will at least try to do the right thing no matter what.]]></description>
