Even with your examples, you could argue that if the bank teller was someone who really enjoyed crunching numbers, they would be right there in their element. And I know that when I was a server at a great restaurant when I was younger, I loved my job because I got to share my enthusiasm for the food with every person who walked through the door. I was perfect for that job. So maybe it starts with right fit, no matter what the job?</description>
